Our story.
It all began many years ago with a small sole proprietorship. In 2005, the next big step followed: the transformation into a limited partnership (KG). From then on, things moved quickly – more people brought life to the company, the team grew steadily, we took on larger projects, built a stable infrastructure, and opened our own locations – including in Carinthia and Upper Austria.
What remained the same from the very beginning was our philosophy: truly understanding problems and developing good, long-lasting solutions.
In recent years, DIAWA has evolved further: building on our long-standing service and consulting experience, we have also been developing standardized products for several years, which have been created directly from real customer needs.
What defines us to this day is precisely this path: growing from experience, learning from practice, and constantly reinventing ourselves – while never forgetting our roots.

We may be small, but we pack a punch! A family-run business from Graz with a team that sticks together, lives ideas, and carries out projects with heart and mind. Quality, passion, and a good mood are simply part of who we are.
Axel has been the owner and managing director of DIAWA WAWRINA KG since 2006. With extensive experience and dedication, he supports our consulting and software projects as a project manager and during implementation.
Oliver leads and oversees our software development projects – from web and desktop applications to COMOS plugins. With his expertise in .NET, C++, SQL, and Blazor, he develops solutions across the entire full stack.
Paula leitet und begleitet unsere Marketingprojekte sowohl für Kund:innen als auch für unsere eigenen Softwareprodukte. Sie ist spezialisiert auf Performance-Marketing, SEO, SEA und die Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Marketingstrategien, wobei sie die Umsetzung von Anfang bis Ende aktiv mitgestaltet.
Johannes actively contributes to the implementation of our software development projects – from web and desktop applications to COMOS plugins. With his expertise in .NET, C++, SQL, Blazor, and PHP, he covers the entire full stack.
Alexander supports us in implementing software development projects for desktop applications as well as hardware-oriented and embedded services. With his expertise in .NET, C, and C++, he develops firmware and FPGA solutions, handling architecture, design, implementation, and test automation.
Robert has been an experienced project manager and consultant for COMOS for over 20 years. He supports projects from precise requirements analysis through implementation and further development, including the introduction of extensions and process improvements.
Clara leitet und begleitet unsere Marketingprojekte sowohl für Kund:innen als auch für unsere eigenen Softwareprodukte. Sie ist spezialisiert auf Webdesign und -entwicklung, Content Creation sowie die Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Marketingstrategien und bringt ihre Expertise von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung aktiv ein.
Christian works as an independent hardware engineer and supports us particularly with COMOS PT administration and hardware planning in COMOS PT.
Matthias ist aktiv an der Umsetzung unserer Softwareentwicklungsprojekte im Bereich Desktopapplikationen beteiligt. Mit seinem Know-how in .NET, C++ und SQL kümmert er sich um die detaillierte Anforderungsanalyse, Architektur und Design sowie die Implementierung und Testautomatisierung.
Tobias is actively involved in implementing our software development projects in the area of web applications. With his knowledge of .NET, C++, SQL, Blazor, and Angular, he develops full-stack solutions and supports implementation as well as test automation.
Inge is a shareholder and responsible for office and personnel matters. She brings her expertise as a certified color designer (IACC Academy Salzburg) and her training from the Unternehmerakademie, as well as her certification as an interior design consultant.
