DIAWA verbindet analytische Klarheit mit konsequenter Umsetzung. Komplexe Probleme werden so lange durchdacht, bis sie einfach lösbar sind – und genau das wird dann umgesetzt. Diese Denkweise schätzen wir seit vielen Jahren in der Zusammenarbeit, zuletzt auch bei der Entwicklung einer Digitalisierungsplattform zur Transformation unserer Prozesse und beim Aufbau eines intelligenten Kamerasystems im Feld.
Axel hat unsere Abläufe analysiert und genau dort angesetzt, wo wir täglich Zeit verloren haben. DIAWA hat bereits mehrere individuelle Softwarelösungen für uns entwickelt - unter anderem eine Transkriptionssoftware und ein speziell zugeschnittenes Verwaltungssystem für unsere Physiotherapeuten. Besonders schätzen wir, dass keine Standardlösung eingeführt wurde, sondern eine maßgeschneiderte Software entstanden ist, die exakt zu unseren Anforderungen passt und unseren Praxisalltag spürbar erleichtert.
